6-week paid internship · Fully remote · UK
Start your career with work that actually means something.
Spend six weeks inside a UK consultancy helping progressive organisations build genuinely inclusive workplace cultures. Three roles. Real responsibility. Fully remote, wherever you are.
Paid & Part-Time Friendly
A real opportunity, not free labour. Hours that work alongside study or life.
Mentored, Not Thrown In
Weekly 1:1s, clear goals and a supportive, inclusive team around you.
Work That Ships
You'll finish with portfolio pieces, references and stories worth telling at an interview.

We're small, fully remote, and our work has supported clients across financial services, tourism, hospitality, charities and local authorities. Our interns aren't here to make tea — you'll be trusted with real projects from week one and supported the whole way.
