Our Impact
Communicate Inclusively is the trading name of C-Inclusively CIC, a Black-led, women-led Community Interest Company based in West London.
Our purpose is clear: supporting people from marginalised groups to build thriving careers, and helping organisations become places where everyone can thrive. Let us show you what that looks like in practice — who we reach, what changes, and what we are learning.

Our Programmes
Navigating Crossroads
Supporting Black women to navigate career transitions and redefine success on their own terms.
Navigating Crossroads is our flagship career and leadership programme designed to support Black women at pivotal moments in their personal and professional lives.
Through live webinars, our annual conference, one-to-one coaching, our career and leadership ebook, and the Navigating Crossroads Pathway, we provide practical tools, expert guidance and a supportive community to help women build confidence, overcome barriers, develop their leadership potential and create fulfilling careers and businesses.
Our approach combines lived experience, evidence-based learning and peer support to empower women to thrive on their own terms.
Working with Organisations
Helping organisations create better ways of working for their people.
We partner with organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors to develop inclusive cultures, strengthen leadership and improve employee experiences.
Through research, audits, strategy development, training, coaching and inclusive communications, we help organisations understand where barriers exist and turn that insight into practical changes across their people, culture and communications.
Our work combines strategic expertise with lived experience to deliver practical, sustainable change that benefits employees, customers and communities alike.
Internship & Employment Pathways
Helping young people gain experience, skills and routes into employment.
Our internship and employment pathway programme provides young people and aspiring professionals with paid work experience, mentoring and practical skills development within a supportive environment.
Participants work on real projects, develop professional confidence and gain valuable experience that helps them progress into employment and leadership.
Alongside supporting individual careers, the programme helps organisations build more inclusive talent pipelines and demonstrates how investing in diverse talent benefits everyone.
Inclusive Travel Forum
A network for organisations shaping the future of inclusive travel.
The Inclusive Travel Forum is a collaborative network that brings together travel professionals, destinations and industry leaders committed to improving inclusion across the travel sector.
Through research, events, training, practical resources and cross-sector collaboration, we support organisations to better understand and respond to the needs of diverse travellers, including disabled people, ethnic minority communities, LGBTQ+ travellers, faith communities and older travellers.
Together, we are working to improve how inclusion is understood, designed and delivered across the travel industry.
Peer Research & Learning
Research that brings lived experience into decisions that matter.
Our research brings together lived experience, community insight and practical recommendations to influence organisations, policymakers and employers.
Through projects such as The Cost of Exclusion, we explore the barriers faced by marginalised communities and translate evidence into actionable guidance that drives systemic change.
Our research is designed to be used, helping to start conversations, challenge existing approaches and support better decisions.
Health Inequalities
Improving health and wellbeing through trusted community partnerships.
Delivered in partnership with NHS West London, BE Healthy & Well supports local communities in improving their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through culturally responsive engagement and community-led activities.
We work alongside residents and partners to increase access to trusted health information, reduce health inequalities and create safe spaces where people can connect, learn and access support.
By building stronger relationships between communities and health services, we help people make informed choices and improve long-term wellbeing.
The Collective
Providing ongoing support and connection for Black women.
The Collective is our membership community for Black women looking for ongoing support and opportunities to learn and grow.
Through monthly coaching sessions, workshops, wellbeing conversations, networking and peer learning, members can access practical knowledge, accountability and the perspectives of women with shared experiences.
It is a space to explore the personal and professional challenges that come with different stages of life, all while building connections and finding support along the way.

Navigating Crossroads: Impact Report 2025
This report shares the impact of Navigating Crossroads — our programme of career, leadership and wellbeing support created by and for Black women.
Across 2025, we delivered five free events, reached hundreds of women through our online and in-person programme, provided practical career and leadership resources, and created spaces where Black women could build confidence, strengthen their networks and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
The report shares what women told us about the challenges they are navigating, the difference the programme made, and what we learned about the importance of combining practical career and wellbeing support with community and connection.
