Navigating Crossroads Pathways is a five-month development programme created specifically for Black women living in Ealing who want to build confidence, strengthen employability and take the next step in their careers.
Throughout the programme, you'll have access to practical learning, coaching, community and professional networks, before coming together at Navigating Crossroads LIVE, our flagship leadership and personal development event taking place on 28 November 2026.
Whether you're returning to work, navigating a career transition, seeking progression or exploring a different future, you'll be supported every step of the way.

Participants accepted onto the programme will receive:

AUGUST
Launch & Information Session
Join us online to learn more about the programme, meet the team, understand the application process and discover what to expect over the next five months.
SEPTEMBER
Session 1: Choosing Yourself
Many Black women have experienced workplace discrimination, career setbacks or environments that slowly erode confidence.
This opening session is about rebuilding from the inside out.
Together we'll explore:
Reconnecting with your strengths
Moving beyond imposter syndrome
Building confidence after difficult workplace experiences
Creating a vision for your next chapter
OCTOBER
Session 2: Designing a Career That Works for You
Create a career strategy that reflects who you are today—not who you were expected to become.
We'll explore:
Career progression and promotion
Career pivots
Increasing your visibility
Identifying new opportunities
Making intentional career decisions
NOVEMBER
Session 3: Your Community is Your Superpower
No one succeeds alone.
This session explores how authentic relationships can open doors, create opportunities and provide support throughout your career.
Topics include:
Building meaningful professional relationships
Mentorship and sponsorship
Networking with confidence
Finding communities where you can thrive
NOVEMBER
Navigating Crossroads LIVE - The Fulfilment Shift
Your programme culminates with a full-day transformational event bringing together Black professionals, founders, leaders and change-makers from across London.
Across keynote talks, panel discussions, interactive sessions and networking, we'll explore what it means to build careers, businesses and lives that genuinely fulfil us.

As a Pathways participant, your place at the event is included.
Continue the Journey
Following Navigating Crossroads LIVE, participants will continue working together through peer research and reflective sessions that will inform a new white paper exploring the experiences of Black women navigating employment in West London.
The findings will be shared with employers, community organisations and local stakeholders to help shape more inclusive employment practices across the borough.
Your voice won't just support your own journey, it will help improve opportunities for others.
Who Can Apply?
The Pathways Programme is open to Black women who:
✓ Live in the London Borough of Ealing
✓ Are aged 18+
✓ Are unemployed, under-employed, returning to work or looking to progress in their careers
✓ Want to build confidence, develop professionally and connect with other Black women
