In 2020 Kam used the depth and breadth of her experience to establish Coldr, an award-winning,marketing communications consultancy which includes Lloyds Banking Group, Somerset House and British Airways on its client roster.
Kam also established the UK Black Comms Network to empower Black PR and communications professionals to connect, network and thrive.
Georgina Wilson
Georgina is the Founder and CEO of BUD Leaders, a UK-based social enterprise dedicated to advancing equity for Global Majority-led businesses and supporting large organisations to create more access to opportunities. With over two decades of experience in public speaking, systems thinking, programme design, project management, facilitation, community organising, and leadership coaching, Georgina brings a strategic and deeply values-driven approach to her work.
Under her leadership, BUD Leaders has supported thousands of Global Majority Businesses in leadership and change, delivering innovative and accessible programmes that foster resilience, sustainability, and growth. Her work has played a pivotal role in challenging systemic barriers and inspiring small and medium-sized enterprises to thrive.
Hazvi Chimbetete
Hazvi is a dedicated and experienced Financial Advisor with a strong regulatory background, offering a unique blend of professional expertise and cultural insight.
Based in the UK and raising a family rooted in African heritage, she successfully balances her career, entrepreneurial pursuits, and community involvement. Passionate about financial empowerment, she focuses on supporting families through tailored guidance and mentorship.
Her strong ties to the African community have enabled her to engage authentically and build trusted relationships. Through her involvement with African Youth Arise (AYA), she mentors and empowers young people, helping to bridge the gap between generations and promote cultural pride.
