June Farquharson is a values-driven NHS leader with over 18 years’ senior experience across borough and Integrated Care Board commissioning roles. As Transition Programme Director for the Health Equity Programme at WNL ICB, she is deeply committed to tackling health inequalities and creating fairer, more inclusive outcomes for communities across West and North London.
June brings a strong belief in partnership, accountability and the power of lived experience to shape better services. She has led work to embed health equity into system culture, governance and delivery, including the adoption of the Core20PLUS framework, strategic performance approaches and senior stakeholder engagement.
Her achievements include establishing the NWL ICS Race Steering Group, strengthening anchor institution work, supporting community and voluntary sector partnerships, and driving innovation through the Health Inequalities Transformation Fund and Annual Health Equity Summit.
