Advisory Board Opportunity
Advisory Board Member
At Communicate Inclusively, we're on a mission to transform workplaces, organisations and communities through inclusive thinking, practical action and meaningful change.
Use your expertise to help shape our next phase of growth and impact
Communicate Inclusively is growing.
We work with organisations to create more inclusive workplaces, customer experiences and communities through consultancy, research, training, events and programmes designed to turn inclusion into meaningful action.
As our work and ambitions grow, we want to ensure we have the strategic insight, challenge and expertise needed to build a sustainable organisation capable of creating even greater impact.
We are therefore inviting experienced senior leaders to join the Communicate Inclusively Advisory Board.
The opportunity
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the development of an ambitious, purpose-led organisation.
Our Advisory Board will act as a trusted strategic sounding board to our Founder & CEO and leadership team, bringing together senior professionals with complementary experience, perspectives and networks.
Board members will help us think bigger, challenge our assumptions, identify opportunities and navigate some of the strategic decisions that come with growth.
We want to build a group of people who are genuinely interested in our mission and who can contribute their knowledge, experience and connections where they can make the greatest difference.
The Expertise we’re Looking for
Research, data and insights
Marketing, brand and digital growth
HR, DEI & Workplace Culture
Technology, digital transformation and AI
Finance & governance. Operations and scaling
Commercial growth and business development
Fundraising, grants and investment
We don't expect you to bring all of these capabilities.
Our aim is to create an Advisory Board whose collective experience strengthens the organisation.
What You’ll
Help us Shape
Over the coming years, we want to increase both our commercial sustainability and our social impact. Advisory Board members may contribute thinking around:
our long-term growth and commercial strategy;
developing strategic partnerships and new business opportunities;
strengthening our funding and investment strategy;
scaling programmes and services sustainably;
growing the Inclusive Travel Forum;
developing Navigating Crossroads and our wider social-impact programmes;
strengthening our brand, profile and thought leadership;
demonstrating and communicating our impact;
building the systems, governance and organisational capacity required for our next stage of growth.
Who we'd love
to hear from you.
You may be a senior executive, entrepreneur, board member, consultant, investor, sector specialist or experienced leader who has built, transformed or scaled organisations.
We're looking for people who are:
