Brenda Lee Henderson

Brenda Lee Henderson is an Associate Director at Lloyds Banking Group, bringing 35 years of experience in driving business success through competitive strategies and productive channel partnerships.

A results-driven leader, Brenda is passionate about building and nurturing client relationships while setting industry benchmarks for excellence. Recognised for her outstanding contribution, she is a recipient of the European Women in Sales Award (WISA). With a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions, Brenda continues to inspire.

Beyond her corporate role, with a keen interest in UK law, Brenda serves as a Magistrate and Presiding Justice in the UK adult criminal courts. She is also deeply committed to gender-based initiatives and an advocate of supporting young people from ethnic minorities.

Lisa Townsend

Lisa has led the people function of the FTSE 250 listed MONY Group for the last 4 years. She has 25 years of experience in tech companies gained in organisations as diverse as Dell, to gaming giant King and start up travel-tech innovator, Omio.

With this background, Lisa has extensive experience of defining and leading people and workplace strategies in fast based digital environments. Lisa is passionate about building a culture with inclusivity and authenticity at its heart and where whole teams are enabled to deliver and thrive.

Christal Douglas

Christal is an accomplished executive with global experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CRO sectors. She has led strategic clinical trial programmes in Neurology, Psychiatry, and Metabolic Disorders, driving improved delivery timelines, revenue growth, and team performance. She is also an expert in managing complex clinical trials and global operations with a focus on quality, financial stewardship, and stakeholder alignment.

Christal is known for crafting effective solutions, prioritising deliverables, and mitigating risks. She is also committed to leadership development and cultural ambassadorship, mentoring emerging talent and championing inclusive environments. Christal is currently serving as a Consultant, Charity Trustee, Youth Justice Service Panel Lead, and Semi-Retired, with ongoing dedication to public service and community empowerment.
