Kamelia Johnson
Kamelia Johnson is a senior leader in education with over 20 years of experience within the education sector and 10 years within senior leadership roles, currently serving as a Director of Safeguarding and safeguarding consultant. Her career and journey have been shaped by a deep-rooted passion for child protection and ongoing commitment to creating spaces, both in schools and in leadership where children, young people and professionals alike feel seen, heard, and protected.
As a Black woman navigating the complexities of leadership in education, she’s experienced firsthand the challenges and crossroads that come with career transitions, especially when you're breaking barriers or finding your voice in spaces where representation is limited. Along the way, she’s learned how to lead with purpose, stay grounded in my values, and support others doing the same.
In this session, she’ll be sharing her personal journey through leadership, change, and identity, offering her reflections on resilience, redirection, and the power of saying yes to growth, even when the path ahead feels uncertain.
Angela St. Denis
Angela St. Denis is a versatile and dynamic professional whose career has been defined by embracing change. Starting in an engineering firm, she later transitioned to public sector work on Sustainable Development projects and now supports Saint Lucia’s Ambassador to the UK.
Passionate about creating meaningful experiences, she specializes in bespoke event planning, designing tailored events that leave a lasting impact.
She is also expanding into HR consultancy, helping small businesses build strong teams and strategic foundations. Angela’s journey reflects her ability to navigate crossroads with clarity and confidence, and she’s excited to continue empowering others to do the same.
Catherine Osaigbovo
Catherine is a Partner within the HR Practice at Page Executive and their UK Ambassador on the Global Inclusion & Social Impact Council. She specialises in HR Leadership & Board level appointments across London, plus managing senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion mandates nationally
Her entire career has been within Recruitment of which the past 18 years have been focused on HR predominately across Financial & Professional Services sectors.
Catherine is one of the co-founders of ENABL, Empowerment Network for Asian & Black leaders that provides clients access to diverse leaders, a Board Trustee for Making The Leap, a Social Mobility charity focused on young people’s entry into the workplace and a Board Advisor for Kinhub, a Wellbeing & Performance Platform.
